Hell yes it does, and they released a update in october that gives you better performance with 4XAA vs. no AA (Haha, way to force quality on you.)

If u haven't had the brains to catch up yet, ATI hasn't released Physx support because of legal issues. They GPU's are wayy more than capable to support it. And if you actually do some research, someone has already made 3rd party drivers to enable physx support on ati cards.

Physx is made by Nvidia, and no games have taken advantage of it. The Radeon 4800 and 3800 series supports physics and we've actually seen some demos of it being implemented in games.
I'm probably gonna get a 4870 or a 4890 even though Ati's new directx11 cards will be released in october :-\
