The doctor was traveling in the TARDIS from 2005. when he regenerated into the 11th doctor. However, the TARDIS crash landed in 1996 because of the regeneration, therefore the Doctor met Amy Pond

@maiinf Likewise. I grew up having Tom Baker as my childhood Doctor Who and the episodes with Tennant just couldn’t get me to give a long try. Eventually I decided to begin the 2005 reboot with Matt Smith. Best decision ever.

    @Minimum1337 Time… travel? Honestly, people.

I’m sorry. While series 5 is great and all, I just miss the old gritty feel of Dr. Who. It’s almost TOO clean now :(
Thumbs up so others can see.

But seriously, music aside (it’s fine to me really). The Logo, is the best logo ever. A million times better than the 2005 logo.

@Victo1678 its the time vortex not a wormhole

  8. Mozzyeon says:

does anyone know the name of the font used in the names “MATT SMITH” and “KAREN GILLAN”

  9. SonofNightmare says:

@maiinf David tennant isn’t nostalgia, Tom Baker is ^_^

  10. maiinf says:

@SonofNightmare:D your absolutely right Tom Baker is easily in the nostalgia bucket

Does this mean there’s moisture in the void? Because you need some kind of moisture in order for clouds to form.
I love the new titles and the music is fun to listen to.

  12. Minimum1337 says:

@danaseilhan Well duuuh -.- The thing is that I never saw any sign of time travel during the time he flew up to the sky and then down to the earth

  13. ScrubsOracle96 says:

Such an unnecessary change, the old time vortex, theme tune and logo were perfect; no need for Moffat to change all of this. He made many unpopular changes so why is he introducing changes that are unnecessary, it only makes him all the less popular with whovians

  14. ScrubsOracle96 says:

@utkucavalier They didn’t make the tardis expolde, they were trying to prevent such a thing. We still don’t know who did it

  15. therobloxplayer221 says:

    omg, 31 daleks disliked this!

  16. swatslayer5 says:

@ScrubsOracle96 Go ahead and believe whatever you like, but just listen to the intro from the previous doctor and this intro. Moffat added a significant amount of orchestra to the theme, which I personally think was an improvement.

  17. ScrubsOracle96 says:

@swatslayer5 I do have a guilty pleasure of liking the new one, but the old one made more sense when it comes to time vortex as it is inspired by the doppler effect, but a storm cloud is just silly.

  18. DarkInfernoZora says:

@ScrubsOracle96 rule of cool I guess

  19. igbarriga says:

I always begin hating the new doctor and companion and end up loving them more than any of the previous ones.

  20. poilaaliop says:

I for one like all the Doctors, new and classic alike. Why argue when they’re all awesome? :-)

  21. swatslayer5 says:

@DarkInfernoZora Agreed. Rule of Cool plays a huge part here.

  22. pokemon2345610 says:

i want to watch this so bad but i cant find a link

  23. Irishandproud20 says:

@maiinf doesn’t matter,Tennant will allways be the best doctor by far,Smith is WAY to young to even play the doctor.

  24. daleydeil says:

@pokemon2345610 tv(dot)blinkx(dotcom) Just search the Doctor Who show. ;)

  25. ronvins says:

@Irishandproud20 There’s really no ‘too young’ considering the Doctor comes back in a different form every time.
