You would need both the 6 pin and the 8 pin, but if you don’t have an 8 pin a molex-PCI-E will owrk.

WTF is up with the benchmarks at the end, like the cards were basically pretty dam close to each other in 1920×1200???

  3. krauser979 says:

damn that thing weighs as much as my laptop

  4. krauser979 says:

whats the video memorey of your laptop?

  5. joshua12345676 says:

    Which is, a gtx 275

  6. kidowner says:

no, cant u read what i said? it uses the shaders form the GTX 280 and the Vram of the GTX260… so its like dual GTX260-280

  7. joshua12345676 says:

Can’t you read? Gtx 275 has the shaders of a 280, and memory of a 260. It is essentially 2 gtx 275 gpus.

  8. kidowner says:

well whatever.. like im gonna buy this card. HD4890 FTW :P

  9. joshua12345676 says:

    Like i will either :P . GTX 260 c216 ftw!

  10. kevinharte27c says:

does it work on a dell dimension
    9200?

  11. kidowner says:

hehe :) but too bad HD4890 rapes that card

  12. beducorn says:

you can see why most Gamers get in to serious debt for, because the gear is to expensive

  13. benjamoon says:

If you have a PCI Express x16 slot and you upgrade your power supply then you should be able to. But you won’t be able to run it at full speed unless you have PCI Express 2.0 x16. Also your rig will be extremely unbalanced with only a core 2 duo.

  14. joshua12345676 says:

lol rapes? nah. to bad its just a overclocked 4870 ahh

  15. kidowner says:

to bad the HD4890 is being compared to the GTX275

  16. joshua12345676 says:

    which doesn’t even rape a gtx 260 216 either

  17. Gamedestroyer12 says:

most gamers aren’t in serious debt lol. but there r exceptions to everything

  18. Gamedestroyer12 says:

haha lol. if i knew what i know now i think i would have gone w/ ATI for gaming GPU over NVIDIA. i could have saved myself $60

  19. Gamedestroyer12 says:

lol fall out 3 owned that card on 1920×1200 the 295 actually did worse…

  20. kidowner says:

read the reviews before you post useless things. the HD4890 is BEING compared to the GTX275

  21. JavaCrammer says:

    There. You heard it. x3 GTX 285′s OC’d > Quad-SLI 295s.

  22. CABdosdos says:

ive chosen to go with nvidia cause ati cant seem to write good driver software for vista, yeah yeah i know vista aint the best os. so yeah they screwed me over ..not to mention my k9n2 mobo has a nvidia 780i onboard chipset O.o

  23. ryanbycraft says:

Yep, only because the drivers aren’t great on QUAD Sli yet. when the drivers are as good as Tri Sli the 295′s should beat the 285′s by a good margin

  24. psggunz213 says:

    sure it does lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  25. kidowner says:

are you making fun of me?
